Introduction to JLC Concept

Get a brief overview on who JLC Concept is and how we started. Learn about the journey our COO, Jack Zeng has gone through to get to this point.


Although we are in the middle of a pandemic, the JLC Concept Team realized that we did not make an official introduction of our company to the public so better late than never. Yes there are a lot of crazy things going on in the US (California is shutting down again due to the increased cases of COVID-19, Joe Biden seems like he will be the next PODUS, and the list goes on and on.) but business keeps going, especially in the world of e-commerce.

E-Commerce may be one of the biggest industries that has been POSITIVELY impacted by COVID-19. If you’re reading this, that’s probably a good thing for you and your business. But let’s not get carried away, we’ll save that topic for another blog. Lets instead jump right into the introduction of the JLC Concept.

Founded in 2011 by Jack Zeng, COO, JLC Concept started off as an E-Commerce company focusing first on the e-commerce giant, Amazon. Before the start of the company, Jack had spent 5 years helping a car detailing company, expand their presence on online platforms such as eBay and Amazon. Jack was the key player in the transition from brick and mortar to online and helped increase the yearly revenue by 10 times (from 60k to 600k).

After having successfully helped build the car detailing company, he decided to move forward and start his one company using the skills he had developed through out the years. Fast forward to 2017, Jack made million on US e-commerce platforms and the word got out. Jack received daily of WeChat messages, phone call and emails from people wanting Jack to help them grow their own presence online.

The JLC Concept considers Jack to be a helpful and honest man who wants to help as many people as possible. It was no surprise to us when he told us that he said yes to pretty much everyone who reached out asking for help with their online business. As time went on the demand became to big and that’s when Jack decided to expand his list of services and add on E-Commerce Consulting, Marketing, and 3PL. At the same time he brought on 3 partners, Yunfei, Irfan, and Jose (more on them later).

Why add on more services? Jack really wanted to help everyone who was reaching out to him but it was just impossible to do it by himself. Jack also wished he could do it for free but he knew that was impossible as well because he still had his own business to run. The solution was to add the services to his already-established company. The list of services that were added were already being done at JLC Concept and we already had the team established for this. By bringing on clients, we are basically lending our team and resources to companies who wish to leverage the experience and knowledge of JLC Concept for the expansion of their own company.

The rest, as people say, is history. JLC Concept now has more than 300 Chinese based companies who trust JLC Concept as their US partner. It has been a long journey and from the bottom of our hearts we want to thank everyone who puts their trust in us and allows us to help them with the success of their company.
